In Brazil we have the expression (at least I have): é muito amor. The translate would be something like “is too much love”. We use when something is so cute, so lovely that is too much love to bear! This Muffin é muito amor :)
Today’s Breakfast: Banana Apple Oatmeal. I love the simplicity. I made with almond milk, added some chopped peanuts and drizzled everything with honey. Delicious!

Discovering Oatmeal: Creamy Pear & Swiss Cheese Honey Oatmeal
I tried a lot of oatmeal recipes for breakfast, and this one is so far the best I ever made. The combination os the creamy swiss cheese (laughing cow), honey and pears is perfect to sastify my sweet tooth. The secret ingredient: cinnamon extract and whole gloves!

It’s so Holiday season look through the window and saw all the roofs white. In 25 days I’ll be under 100 F, this is so surreal.
Happy Thanksgiving :) I already cried talking to my mother and my friends on Brazil. I’m so thankful for all the amazing people in my life. My husband, my parents, Samuel’s parents, my brother, his sister, my best friends :) I’m so blessed!
